National and regional capacity building and overall financial health

Much of the work we do fighting hate on the frontlines happens on the local level. We therefore need to put significant resources into our regional offices—investing in both infrastructure and our talented staff members.

It is also vital that we invest in our sustainability as an organization. By strengthening our endowment, we can ensure our legacy, maintain the growth stemming from this campaign and plan better and preserve our financial independence in the face of market cycles.
